This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the associated personal data for each of our apps. The apps are operated by INFOSHARE CONSULTING SRL, which also operates the Smart Collect apps. Find your app in the list below and follow the steps for that app. If you only want to delete some data without closing your account, see Delete some of your data.
Whichever app you use, you can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing dpo@sustivo.eco from the email address linked to your account. We complete the deletion within at most 30 days and email you a confirmation. App-specific steps are below.
1. Find your app and follow the steps
Sustivo
In the Sustivo app (for citizens), account deletion is handled on request:
- from the email address linked to your account, send an email to dpo@sustivo.eco;
- use the subject Account deletion request - Sustivo;
- to verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm the email address linked to your account;
- we complete the deletion within at most 30 days and email you a confirmation.
You can also remove individual items you created (for example a reported problem, a donation or a comment) directly in the app, using the delete option shown on each item.
Sustivo Maps
You can delete your account directly in the Sustivo Maps app:
- open Sustivo Maps and sign in;
- tap the menu (☰) in the top-left to open the side drawer;
- at the top of the drawer, tap your name / email to open My account;
- tap Delete account;
- in the Delete account? dialog, tap Delete account to confirm — you will see “Your account has been deleted.”
Prefer email? Write to dpo@sustivo.eco with the subject Account deletion request - Sustivo Maps.
Sustivo Calendar
You can delete your account directly in the Sustivo Calendar app:
- open Sustivo Calendar and sign in;
- tap the menu (☰) in the top-left to open the side drawer;
- at the top of the drawer, tap your name / email to open My account;
- tap Delete account;
- in the Delete account? dialog, tap Delete account to confirm — you will see “Your account has been deleted.”
Prefer email? Write to dpo@sustivo.eco with the subject Account deletion request - Sustivo Calendar.
Sustivo Admin
The Sustivo Admin app is used by organisation staff. To delete your account:
- from the email address linked to your account, send an email to dpo@sustivo.eco;
- use the subject Account deletion request - Sustivo Admin;
- to verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm the email address linked to your account;
- if your account was created for you by your organisation, we may coordinate with them before deleting it;
- we complete the deletion within at most 30 days and email you a confirmation.
Sustivo Scanner
The Sustivo Scanner app is used by organisation staff. To delete your account:
- from the email address linked to your account, send an email to dpo@sustivo.eco;
- use the subject Account deletion request - Sustivo Scanner;
- to verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm the email address linked to your account;
- if your account was created for you by your organisation, we may coordinate with them before deleting it;
- we complete the deletion within at most 30 days and email you a confirmation.
Sustivo Super Admin
The Sustivo Super Admin app is used by organisation staff. To delete your account:
- from the email address linked to your account, send an email to dpo@sustivo.eco;
- use the subject Account deletion request - Sustivo Super Admin;
- to verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm the email address linked to your account;
- if your account was created for you by your organisation, we may coordinate with them before deleting it;
- we complete the deletion within at most 30 days and email you a confirmation.
Smart Collect Admin
The Smart Collect Admin app (for collection coordinators) is used by operator staff. To delete your account:
- from the email address linked to your account, send an email to dpo@sustivo.eco;
- use the subject Account deletion request - Smart Collect Admin;
- to verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm the email address linked to your account;
- if your account was created for you by the collection operator you work with, we may coordinate with them before deleting it;
- we complete the deletion within at most 30 days and email you a confirmation.
Smart Collect Driver
The Smart Collect Driver app (for collection drivers) is used by operator staff. To delete your account:
- from the email address linked to your account, send an email to dpo@sustivo.eco;
- use the subject Account deletion request - Smart Collect Driver;
- to verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm the email address linked to your account;
- if your account was created for you by the collection operator you work with, we may coordinate with them before deleting it;
- we complete the deletion within at most 30 days and email you a confirmation.
2. What data we delete
When your request is completed, we permanently delete or anonymise the personal data associated with your account. Depending on the app, this includes:
- account and identity data: first and last name, email address, phone number, password and profile photo;
- your profile, preferences, role, any region or route assignments and onboarding status;
- content you created in the Sustivo app: donations, reported problems, comments, ratings and uploaded files/photos;
- points, badges, levels and activity history (Sustivo app);
- push-notification tokens, device identifiers and location data linked to your account.
3. What data we keep, and for how long
Some data may be retained for a limited period where the law requires it or to protect legitimate interests — in particular operational records that collection operators are legally required to keep. Where possible, such data is anonymised so it can no longer identify you. Retention periods are:
- Operational records for collection services (collection records, weights, digital receipts and signatures created in the Smart Collect apps, and receipts in the Sustivo apps) — kept as business records, dissociated from your identity where possible, for the period required by the legislation applicable to collection operators;
- Technical logs — up to 2 years;
- Correspondence with us (including the deletion request) — up to 24 months after it is resolved;
- Aggregated or anonymised data — which can no longer identify you, may be kept indefinitely.
Once these periods expire, the data is permanently deleted or anonymised.
