Delete some of your data (without deleting your account)

This page explains how to request deletion of some of your personal data from our apps without deleting your account. The apps are operated by INFOSHARE CONSULTING SRL, which also operates the Smart Collect apps. Find your app in the list below. If you want to delete your entire account, see the Delete your account page.

Whichever app you use, you can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing dpo@sustivo.eco from the email address linked to your account, stating which data you want removed. App-specific steps are below.

1. Find your app and follow the steps

Sustivo

In the Sustivo app you can remove some data yourself, and request the rest by email:

  • remove your profile photo and optional profile details from Profile → Edit profile;
  • delete individual content you created (for example a reported problem, a donation or a comment) using the delete option shown on each item;
  • for anything else, email dpo@sustivo.eco from your account email, with the subject Data deletion request - Sustivo, stating which categories of data you want deleted;
  • your account stays active and the rest of your data is kept.

Sustivo Maps

Sustivo Maps is a viewer with no user-generated content, so the only personal data is your account information. To remove some of it without closing your account, email dpo@sustivo.eco from your account email, with the subject Data deletion request - Sustivo Maps, stating which data you want deleted. (Theme and language in Settings are preferences only.)

Sustivo Calendar

Sustivo Calendar is a viewer with no user-generated content, so the only personal data is your account information. To remove some of it without closing your account, email dpo@sustivo.eco from your account email, with the subject Data deletion request - Sustivo Calendar, stating which data you want deleted. (Theme and language in Settings are preferences only.)

Sustivo Admin

In the Sustivo Admin app you can update or remove your profile details in Profile → Edit profile (name and profile photo), then save. For any other data, email dpo@sustivo.eco from your account email, with the subject Data deletion request - Sustivo Admin, stating which categories you want deleted. Your account stays active.

Sustivo Scanner

In the Sustivo Scanner app you can update or remove your profile details in Profile → Edit profile (name and profile photo), then save. For any other data, email dpo@sustivo.eco from your account email, with the subject Data deletion request - Sustivo Scanner, stating which categories you want deleted. Your account stays active.

Sustivo Super Admin

In the Sustivo Super Admin app you can update or remove your profile details in Profile → Edit profile (name and profile photo), then save. For any other data, email dpo@sustivo.eco from your account email, with the subject Data deletion request - Sustivo Super Admin, stating which categories you want deleted. Your account stays active.

Smart Collect Admin

In the Smart Collect Admin app (for collection coordinators) you can update or remove your profile details in Profile → Edit profile (name and profile photo), then save. For any other data, email dpo@sustivo.eco from your account email, with the subject Data deletion request - Smart Collect Admin, stating which categories you want deleted. Your account stays active.

Smart Collect Driver

In the Smart Collect Driver app (for collection drivers), to delete some of your data without closing your account, email dpo@sustivo.eco from your account email, with the subject Data deletion request - Smart Collect Driver, stating which categories of data you want deleted. Your account stays active.

2. What data we can delete

We delete the categories of data you specify in your request, as long as there is no legal obligation to retain them. Depending on the app, these may include, for example:

  • your profile photo and other optional profile details;
  • photos and documents you uploaded;
  • donations, reported problems, comments and ratings (Sustivo app);
  • location data, device identifiers and push-notification tokens linked to your account.

3. What data we keep, and for how long

Because your account stays active, we keep your account data and any data you did not ask us to delete. In addition, some data may be retained, even if you ask for its deletion, where the law requires it or to protect legitimate interests — in particular operational records that collection operators are legally required to keep. Where possible, such data is anonymised. Retention periods are:

  • Account data — for as long as your account remains active;
  • Operational records for collection services (collection records, weights, digital receipts and signatures created in the Smart Collect apps, and receipts in the Sustivo apps) — for the period required by the legislation applicable to collection operators;
  • Technical logs — up to 2 years;
  • Correspondence with us (including the deletion request) — up to 24 months after it is resolved.
